  1. 01 Real-time feed. ATS feeds and licensed LinkedIn data ingested continuously. New posting → classified → indexed within minutes.
  2. 02 Role classification. Title + JD parsed against industrial role taxonomy (450+ classes, IATF / ISO / NIMS aware).
  3. 03 Account attribution. Posting employer normalized to your CRM account. Subsidiary employers mapped to parent.

Limits. Smaller manufacturers post on regional job boards we do not always cover. Senior executive searches conducted via retained search firms are invisible to all hiring feeds.

"Evergreen" postings (always-open requisitions) are de-weighted to avoid false positives. We flag every posting's lifecycle state.
