What is the difference between Discovery and Enrichment?

Enrichment works on the pipeline you already have. We score it and brief the top accounts. Discovery starts from your ICP and finds net-new manufacturers you do not currently track. Same signal stack, opposite directions.
Can I run both at the same time?

Yes. Most teams that buy both run an Enrichment pilot first to calibrate the scoring model, then add Discovery once they trust the briefs. We bill them as separate engagements.
Do I have to commit to a retainer after the pilot or sprint?

No. Both one-time engagements stand alone. Most clients convert because the signals keep firing, but it is your call.
Can we run a smaller Enrichment pilot to start?

No. The pilot scoring needs your full pipeline to calibrate the model. A 25-account pilot would not produce a meaningful signal.
