Laetus Technology LLC operates laetus.org. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
The site collects information in one place: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive what you type. Your name and email are required. Your company, phone number, and message are optional, along with the menu choices you make about your business, such as the service you want, your CRM, and your current website status.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies. It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing on the page reports your visit to a third party. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How we use what you send
We use your contact submission to reply to you and to follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Where it goes
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. When you submit the contact form, Amazon Simple Email Service delivers it to our inbox. AWS processes this data on our behalf as our infrastructure provider. No other company receives your submission.
Server logs
AWS records standard request data for security and reliability, such as IP address, timestamp, and the page requested. This is ordinary web-server logging. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email korbin@laetus.org to see what you have sent us or to have it deleted. We will confirm when it is done.
Children
The site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
